Retention & deletion

Retention & deletion — website behavior, scope boundaries and visitor controls.

Illustrative controlled document production layers

Browser information

The application’s saved browser preference expires after 180 days and can be removed in Cookie settings. Enquiry-planner fields are not written to browser storage or submitted to a website database.

Enquiries and technical records

If you send email, the message and associated metadata exist in the email systems involved. Hosting providers may hold delivery/security logs. Records may be needed for responding to requests, related service discussions or legal obligations; the site code cannot erase hosting or mail-provider backups.

Production-file schedule

For each engagement, agree the treatment of originals, working files, proofs, issue logs, approval evidence and final packages. Specify retention triggers, authorized storage and deletion responsibility. Do not assume the public website’s browser-preference period applies to production files.

Backups and exceptions

Deletion of active records and backup expiry can differ. Statutory retention, legal holds and contract obligations may require exceptions. No instantaneous deletion from every independent backup system is promised.

Requests

For a retention or deletion request, email info@edgar-conversion.online with a non-confidential description of the records concerned. Identity and authority may need verification. Relevant retained categories and applicable limitations should be explained when the request is addressed.

This build installs no analytics or marketing trackers. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days. Optional categories are off unless you choose them.

Read the storage inventory. Future vendors require a separate disclosure and consent implementation.
